For a better experience, while using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including unlimited to Location and Face Data. We will store and utilize the data you provide in accordance with this privacy statement.

  • Personal Data: The following personal information is gathered by ZahirHR: complete name, employee ID, work schedule, branch name, and office address location. We collect selfies of the user’s face and GPS position when they are using the app.
  • Third Party Sharing: ZahirHR shares employee check-in and check-out face data to the company where the user is located. Personal data can only be access by the company where the user works, and the user himself. ZahirHR does not have access to personal information unless the company asks it of it to help with support activities (employee reorganization, integration into existing company systems).
  • Data Storage: Personal data is kept in a cloud database on Alibaba Cloud. Only the users themselves and authorized employees of the company have access to the encrypted personal data. When checking in and out, face recognition is used to compare a snapshot of the user’s facial data that was taken when they registered.
  • Data protection: Personal data are encrypted and can only be accessed by users and authorized employees of relevant companies. We use user access control, database encryption, and token-based API keys as part of our basic security best practices for safeguarding our databases and APIs.
  • Agreed: The process of revoking and deleting data can be carried out through the company where the user works. Each company we work with has different policies regarding personal data and work procedures, and we will assist users through their respective channels in their workplace own.Links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the app. We save face data untill 3 month (is equal with 1 Quarter for work periode) start from user capture their face to use clock in feature. so this face data can use by admin to evaluate their employee performance
